NOTICE: As required by federal law, this item may only be sent to a dealer with a valid Federal Firearms License.

Federal law requires that you be 21 years or age or older to purchase a stripped receiver or frame.  If a frame or receiver can only be made into a long gun (rifle or shotgun), it is still a frame or receiver not a handgun or long gun.  However, they still are "firearms" by definition, and subject to the same GCA limitations as any other firearms.  See Section 921(a)(3)(b).  18 U.S.C. Section 922(b)(1) makes it unlawful for a licensee to sell any firearm other than a shotgun or rifle to any person under the age of 21.

I picked up this lower today and the finish quality is great. I like enjoying looking at the milling in front of the mag well. This stripped lower is made by Mega Arms and is known for good quality lowers. It also includes a nice handy tension screw to reduce wobble when mounting your upper receiver to this lower by pushing against the bottom of the rear take-down pin; just make sure you don't over-tighten it though, so that you become unable to separate the upper from the lower anymore. For the price, I'm especially happy I picked one up, even though I was really thinking about picking up a 2nd one, but that can wait for later. This is for my 2nd AR build and it's turning out very well. The only issue though that I've seen to have run into is the some older generation PMAGs that I own do not all drop freely, only 1 out of 3 of them drop free, but it's not something too big that I need to worry too much about. I'll just use sandpaper and some CLP to smooth out and allow the non-free dropping PMAGs to work properly. I'm not sure if it's because the mag well in the lower is on the tight sight of the mil-spec specifications, however that's really not an issue. I'm intending to install a Daniel Defense lower parts kit along with either a BCM or Daniel Defense upper when I'm done finishing putting the LPK into the stripped lower. I really wished I got this first instead of my 1st AR New Frontier Polymer lower when I started getting into building ARs. Thank to RifleGear for a great product, as I will definitely buy more in the future when possible.

I picked this lower a few days ago and am extremely happy. It got paired with a mid-length BCM upper. The finish match is close to perfect. The fit was pretty good, there is a small amount of slop but I don't think it's enough to really need to use the included set screw. Tolerances of parts were nice and snug and fit well. I'd definitely buy another of these.

I purchased this lower for my first AR build. Ordered lat afternoon Friday 8/10, it shipped on Monday 8/13 and even with the basic shipping option got to my FFL over half way across the country on Friday 8/17. My FFL was on file and ordering was a breeze. Now the product itself is just as good, if not better, than my sales experience with RifleGear. I'm new to building AR's so i have little frame of reference, but I am not new to machining or quality control and this lower clearly has those nailed. Exceptional finish, nothing out of place, nice tight tolerances (yet magazines still drop free). I installed my LPK last night and everything went in nice and snug. Very pleased to say the least! I have already recommended this lower to others and will continue to do so. I will be coming back to RifleGear for other parts thanks to the ease of ordering and speed of getting things shipped.

Purchased the RifleGear Aggressor lower for my first lower build and could not be happier. The finish on it is nice and machining is top notch. These things are made by Mega so I had no reservations on purchasing it. I paired it up with a BCM upper and there was a little bit of slop between them but the included tension screw tightened up the fight with the upper like a charm (easy to use).
