The UIC stripped lower receiver is constructed from 7075-T6 billet aluminum and is outfitted with an ambidextrous magazine release, bolt catch/release lever and dimpled takedown pins. The lower is coated in Type III Teflon impregnated hardcoat anodized.

The UIC features reinforcing ribs on the magwell for 40% more strength than forged Mil-Spec lowers with only a half ounce increased weight. The enlarged trigger guard allows for gloved hands in winter use. The integral tension adjustment screw allows the user to take up any slop between the upper and lower.

*Due to the design of the Ambi Bolt Catch/Release, the lower is NOT Compatible with certain triggers that utilize anti-rotation pins that use external screws or plates. ADM have developed a low head pin to be used with CMC Triggers. Standard GI type triggers, Drop in triggers that use standard pins, and Geissele triggers WILL work with with this lower.
