The IC-DI Varmint is the latest addition to LWRC's DI(Direct Impingement) line of rifles. Built for performance and ultimate accuracy for long range or varmint hunting applications. Features an 18.1" cold hammer forged NiCorr treated barrel, .223 Wylde chambering, new extended 14" M-LOK free floating handguard, MonoForge upper receiver, new LWRC Ultra Brake and Geissele SSA-E trigger.
LWRC Factory California rifles are equipped with a built in spring loaded plunger that will disable the magazine release while the action/upper is closed. Once the action/upper is open the plunger will enable the use of the magazine release. A Juggernaut Tactical Hellfighter takedown pin allows for even quicker magazine changes.
