Based off the Russian Vityaz-SN Submachine gun, the KR-9 is an American made 9mm semi-automatic rifle. It features a 16.25" barrel, skeletonized Vityaz stock, hinged Picatinny top cover and a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle.
