I have this rifle for a year and half now and have gone through maybe close to 6K rds of mostly rapid firing with no issues at all using the stock ACS aluminum and Magpul polymer magazines. Luckily the one I have did not fall into the trigger recall but after six months of owning it, I’ve grown tired of the stock trigger even though it was still perfectly fine. I opted to upgrade to Timney 3.5lbs single stage trigger for more rapid pew pew time. Also for the first couple of months I was just using the stock sights, a few adjustments to the sights and I was able to hit targets at 100yrds on 12 inch steel plates. Wanting to go farther and because my vision is not that great I decided to install a Vortex Diamondback riflescope and added a muzzle brake from Ultradyne. Used different brands of 55gr ammos (Winchester, PMC, Frontier, Federal, Magtech) no feeding/cycling issues, this thing is like a workhorse! I pull the trigger, it goes bang, and the target goes DING! Very accurate to boot at 300+ yrds. A few people had warned me Colt does not make their ARs like they used to be, all I know is that I am enjoying shooting this gun and it is reliable so far (knock on wood).
