The Timney Impact is a budget friendly offering without compromising quality. The Impact uses billet steel components and is hand tested for a crisp, clean 3-lb break. Components are captive within a lightweight, aluminum housing and drops into Mil-Spec AR receivers. The hammer is wire EDM machined from S7 tool steel for excellent hardness and wear resistance. All other components are made from EDM cut A2 tool steel and heat treated to Rc 56-60 for long service life.

Uses standard AR hammer/trigger pins and uses a proprietary design to prevent pin walk out.

Does not work in AR-10 platforms.
