I have put around 2,000 rounds through my gun with this optic on it. Amazing for fast close target acquisition. It has lasted with everything I have thrown at it and my gun is not a safe queen. If using a MOE handguard and Magpul rear sight, it's a very tight fit while still being able to remove the MOE without removing the optic. The Magpul PRO flip up fits much better with this. Make sure to use lithium batteries for longer life. If you're on the fence, just buy it!

I have this sight on my AR. It is great for quick target acquisition. It is convenient to have it use AA batteries. The adjustment buttons are in the front, so if you are using a magnifier you may want to go with the 517 model.
