The HSGI ReFlex IFAK was developed with direct input from active duty medical personnel. This 2-piece system, med roll and carrier is designed to carry organized medical supplies with ambidextrous access. The pouch is made of heavy duty nylon laminate and allows for rapid deployment of medical supplies.
Full System includes both Med Roll and Carrier.
