The Midwest Industries KSG-MM attaches to the KelTec KSG forend and adds 2-1/2 MLOK slots per side. Constructed from 6061 aluminum and a hard coat anodized finish for a lifetime of service. The included handstop prevents slippage of the support hand. Simply attaches to the 1913 rail of the KSG forend.
