The Gibbous Outfitters MP5 Light Bearing Handguard allows the use of a modern weaponlight while allowing use of a 3-lug or suppressor up to 1.6"(measurement taken with Modlite OKW/PLH head). This handguard features an integrated module to accept compatible light bodies.

Compatible with HK MP5/SP5. Does not fit MP5K 

The Right Handed model places the switch location on the left hand side.

Requires the following which must be purchased separately: 
-Modlite Modbutton Lite (Surefire plug, 4.5" cable), a Surefire UE tail cap, and one of the following weapon lights:
-Modlite 18650 or 18350 bodies
-Surefire 300, 600, and dual fuel scout lights accepting 18650 or cr123 batteries
*NOT COMPATIBLE WITH SUREFIRE SCOUT LIGHT PRO OR ANY SUREFIRE AA BATTERY LIGHT BODIES.
