The PTR-63 uses the iconic roller delayed blowback system for the 5.56 cartridge. This rifle includes an AR trigger grip housing and allows for use of the standard USGI AR magazine. Features a 16.5" barrel with 1:7 twist and 1/2x28 threaded muzzle. The heart of the rifle is the nitride heat-treated carrier with a tungsten dead blow weight which is compatible with full-auto bolt carriers. A 7" steel picatinny rail provides a sturdy base for optics while an aluminum handguard accepts M-LOK compatibility.
