Top notch shotgun, you can’t do better. Don’t be confused like the other review, this is not the old np3 coated h2o m4. Those are not made anymore. This is just a simple cerakote. The originals had the internals (bolt carrier, lifter, etc) np3 coated. These newer models do not have that and obviously don’t have a cerakote applied to them. Again, top notch system!

Only reason I’m giving this a 2 star rating is based on the price I paid for the finish and the quality there of. I bought this shotgun a little over 3 months ago they assembled it in store for me fresh out of the box which was my first mistake as I wasn’t able to inspect the parts before final assembly. So I took it home after the 10 day wait we have here and took it out to the range a the following weekend, shot a few shells thru it and took it home For cleaning. Upon disassembly I realized the mag tube wasn’t fully coated, the front end of the front sight riser wasn’t coated the trigger group wasn’t coated, then I did some research. I came to find out that other h20 models also had their bolt and bolt carrier as well as lifter and buttons coated. Needless to say I’m very disappointed with the garbage finish of the coating which is also extremely thin and starting to wear around the edges. REALLY EXPECTED BETTER FROM BENELLI!! If you buy one get the black one and have it coated by someone professional
