Booking Appointments - California Customers Only at this time

We are now accepting requests to book an appointment for some types of transactions. Please read these instructions carefully and follow the directions, supplying all the information we request and you will receive a notification on your mobile phone of your scheduled appointment. If you do not follow these directions and provide all the requested information, your appointment will not be scheduled. We will do our best to place you in your requested booking date/time but the slot could already be full. In this case we will book you in the next available slot. You will be able to re-schedule your appointment over your phone at any time using the link that will be sent in the text message confirmation.

Please note that when you email us, it is a request to schedule an appointment, not a confirmation. Unless you receive a text message response from us your appointment is NOT confirmed. Please do not come into the store unless you receive a text message confirmation and review it carefully as it may be for a different date and time than you requested. You can re-schedule the appointment yourself using the link you will receive in the text message confirmation.

Start DROS (firearm ordered online, transfer, or ammo purchase)
If you have a transaction that requires a DROS (paperwork and background check), then you can request an appointment. These transactions include a firearm purchased on our website, a firearms transfer or PPT, or an in-store purchase of ammo. Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Your Name
  2. Mobile Number (required for text notifications and re-scheduling)
  3. Order Number (if applicable)
  4. Requested Date/Time of Appointment


Firearm Sign-Out
If you have already completed the paperwork and want to schedule a time to sign-out your firearm after your 10-day waiting period then send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Your Name
  2. Mobile Number  (required for text notifications and re-scheduling)
  3. DROS Number (upper left corner of your DROS paperwork)
  4. Requested Date/Time of Appointment (please make sure your requested date and time is NOT before the Earliest Delivery Date/Time on your DROS paperwork)

These are the only types of transactions that can be booked for an appointment at this time. Any booking request that does not include all of the required information will be ignored.  Any booking request for online orders for anything other than a firearm purchase will be ignored. We are implementing the booking system in order to give priority service to customers that have already completed their paperwork and just need to sign-out their firearms and customers that need to begin the DROS process. If you want to place an order for parts and accessories that do not require a background check, we STRONGLY suggest you choose to have your order shipped to you.
