The Surefire SFA2-556-1/2-28 is a closed tined adapter and is specifically designed for use for Surefire Blank Firing Adapters, commonly used in training applications. The SFA2 serves as a solid mounting platform for Surefire SOCOM Fast-Attach suppressors as well as a standalone muzzle device. The design resembles the traditional A2 birdcage flash suppressor with wrench flats for ease of installation.
