The Fix by Q introduces successful reinvention of a traditional design. The Q was developed and built from the ground up, features include a one-piece receiver for less weight and fully adjustable folding stock.

The Fix uses familiar AR style controls and accepts readily available SR-25 patterned magazines. The short throw 45 degree bolt handle allows for a variety of scopes with larges ocular lenses while the Q-Sert free float handguard allows for a myriad of mounting points.  

The 8.6 Blackout cartridge was designed by Q LLC and utilizes a shortened 6.5 Creedmoor case with an 8.6mm projectile. The 8.6 cartridge is designed for barrels with a 1:3 or 1:4" twist and supersonic and subsonic loads.
