Carlson's Aluminum Snap Caps are made of high strength aluminum and feature a spring loaded primer plunger which prevent firing pin damage during dry fire. These snap caps are precision machined to SAAMI specifications. Aluminum construction will not damage chamber, extractor or ejector.

NOTE: Leaving guns cocked during storage is hard on springs and is dangerous.
