Designed in collaboration with Shadow Systems and John Lovell of Warrior Poet Society. The War Poet line up is based off the Shadow Systems pistols with exclusive WPS color and brand elements. These pistols feature differentiating slide machining with aggressive serrations and weight balancing window. All War Poet pistols come standard with the patented Shadow Systems multi-footprint optic cut.

The Shadow Systems DR920 was developed with servicemembers and officers in mind. The full-sized DR920 is duty-ready full featured pistol. Additionally the DR920 is compatible with Glock 17 holsters, magazines and gear. The DR920 features an improved dust cover with a recoil control ledge for better grip control. The addition of an interchangeable backstrap system allows the user to adjust the angle of the grip to better match the shooter's aim.

The Shadow Systems frame is not just a rebranded frame and is designed from the ground up. An improved tooling technique allows for more texture around curves and areas not usually found on production pistols. An addition of the extended beavertail and aggressive trigger guard undercut provides unmatched recoil control.
