The Shadow Systems XR920P Elite feature an all-steel compensator that directs gasses upwards and aids in keeping the gun on target. These pistol prioritize reliability while providing a controllable, easy to hit firearm. The XR920P's compensator is highly compact and adds only 1/2" to the pistol and fits existing G17 holsters. The compensator uses a patent-pending QD attachment found on the CR-P pistols for ease of maintenance and sales in states with threaded barrel restrictions. This design eliminates a traditional threaded barrel for a proprietary 3 lug with a centrally located locking lever.

The XR920P features an extended beavertail, recoil control ledge and aggressive trigger guard undercut for  grip control. The addition of an interchangeable backstrap system allows the user to adjust the angle of the grip to better match the shooter's aim. Includes optional magwell.

The XR920P Elite slide is machined with directional serrations with a thinned profile at the grasping areas for a positive grip. The Elite includes weight reducing slide window cuts and top serrations. The drop-safe flat faced trigger has a 4.5 - 5 lb trigger pull and a crisp, tactile reset. Optics cut models can accommodate major brands of mini red dots without the use of an adapter.

The XR920P uses a Full-Size frame size.
